About our Catering...
Our kitchen is staffed with trained cooks, who deliver freshly homecooked meals on a daily basis inline with the dietary and preferences of each individual resident.
At Cassandra House we ensure that there is a varied menu which meets nutritional guidelines and offers choice to our residents.
Our Head Cook Mark Bedford produces a rolling seasonal menu, all of which are developed in consultation and agreement with residents. Our team encourages feedback from both the residents and the caring team so we can continue to carry out an all round positive service.
Ingredients for all of our meals are locally sourced where possible.
